Interviewers often ask candidates behavioral or competency-based questions. And most people reply with off-the-cuff answers or relate a story that is too long, too detailed, and unstructured. But you can learn a technique called STAR [Situation-Task-Action-Result] to answer those questions. And we throw in an additional R that makes your STAR story even more powerful. In this session, we'll review the STAR concept, learn about the next R, and how to use it during your interviews.
